Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.

Can I leave the room late?
Yes, please request at the reception.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
Yes, a Queen size bed (140 or 160 cm) or twin beds (2 x 80 cm).
We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
Free extra bed for children under 8 years old.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
Yes, the 6 superior rooms have a terrace.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
The entire hotel is non-smoking.
How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 5 storeys and a lift.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
No air conditioning.
Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
Yes, partially.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes.
Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
Yes, in the private parking of the hotel.

It is a free Wi-Fi connection in the entire hotel.

Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
Yes, the rooms with terrace. Please request when you make your booking.
What languages are spoken in Reception?
French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
At 7 km, 35 minutes by metro.
How far is the Louvre Museum?
At 3.6 km, 10 minutes by metro.
How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long is it?
The rate is around 25 and 40€ according to the traffic and the airport.
How is the district where the hotel is located?
It is an animated district with numerous possibilities for your Parisian nights.
I am travelling to assist at an exhibition in Porte de Versailles exhibition center: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
Yes, Porte de Versailles is located 30 minutes by metro.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
